What is the return policy?
Unfortunately, we only do returns within Norway!
For returns within Norway, send an email to returns@eddah.no, and we will help you. Return costs 80 NOK. You can only return the products within 14 days after receiving it.
When will I get my order?
Standard Norway shipping:
The order usually gets shipped within 4 business days after purchase, and it will usually be delivered within 5-8 business days. Shipping costs 80 NOK.
Standard Europe shipping:
After the order is accepted it varies from 2-4 weeks, until delivery! It costs 90 NOK and taxes/customs occur in your country.
DHL express shipping:
If you order DHL express shipping from Europe or USA, you will receive your order within 3-7 days (unless the item you are ordering is a pre-order).

Shipping within Norway: 80NOK
Standard shipping outside Norway (within Europe): 90NOK
DHL express shipping Europa (3-7 days): 350NOK
